Description:

Flipkart, India’s leading digital commerce platform, is hiring a Product Manager II (PM2) to join the Supply Chain POD within Flipkart Commerce Cloud (FCC). This role is central to building robust, intelligent systems that power one of the largest e-commerce supply chains in the country.

As PM2, you'll drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key systems including the Order Management System (OMS), Fulfillment, Change Order (CHOR), and Return Orchestration (RO). You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operations, enhance the customer experience, and enable new business models across Flipkart’s vast supply chain network.

About the Team:

The Supply Chain POD is a mission-driven unit of product managers, engineers, and designers working together to develop innovative logistics and fulfillment systems. The team builds foundational tools that enable seamless coordination between sellers, warehouses, and customers—ensuring a smooth shopping experience across Flipkart's marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for OMS, Fulfillment, CHOR, and RO
• Translate business needs and user insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch to post-launch performance analysis
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across departments
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data for optimization opportunities, and continuously improve product performance
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies
• Ensure cross-platform alignment through strong collaboration with adjacent teams

Key Technical Skills:

Product Management, order management system, product strategy

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics
• Deep understanding of OMS, Fulfillment, Change Orders, and Returns
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to navigate and make decisions in complex systems
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data tools to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication skills—can articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven success in executing high-impact products in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for customer-centric solutions and operational excellence
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse functions
